
Cooking classes at Frasier’s Gourmet Foods are taught by a variety of professional chefs from area restaurants and culinary schools.
Each class is approximately 2 hours of instruction and technique, followed by participants sampling the cuisine of the evening. Each registrant receives a copy of the recipes for that class.
COOKING 101
Cooking 101 is a 12 hour (3 consecutive Saturdays of 4 hours), hands-on course focusing on knife skills, soups & stocks, the five "Mother Sauces", fruits, vegetables, meats, fish & poultry,herbs, and more. Each participant receives a manual.
