If you will be using a gift certificate, we must receive it in person or by mail prior to the class date to insure your reservation.
Cancellations must be made 7 days prior to class for a refund .
Each participant is eligible for a 10% discount on all purchases the day/night of class with the exception of current sale items and wine.

101 is designed for home cooks of all skill levels and will cover knife skills, soup & stocks, sauces & marinades, meats, fish & poultry. This hands-on class is rife with techniques and information. It also includes a manual. The class consists of three Saturdays of instruction for a total of 12 hours. Class size is limited.

Do you suppose George Washington ever said, "Let them eat chocolates?" Even if he did not, we will be celebrating his birthday with truffles, chocolate candies, fillings for the candies and easy chocolate decorations. Specific instruction will include: tempering chocolate, proper temperatures, steps in truffle production, how to fill candy molds with filling, production of easy decorations and how to prevent blooming.
A Night with Erik Miller February 24 $30
We are thrilled with the return of Indiana’s own Erik Miller, winemaker of Kokomo wines. This evening will consist of a tasting of Erik’s incredible array of wine, light hors ‘d oeuvres and a fascinating account of the life of a winemaker.
