If you will be using a gift certificate, we must receive it in person or by mail prior to the class date to insure your reservation.

Cancellations must be made 7 days prior to class for a refund .

Each participant is eligible for a 10% discount on all purchases the day/night of class with the exception of current sale items and wine.

We are thrilled with the return of Indiana’s own Erik Miller, winemaker of Kokomo wines.  This evening will consist of a tasting of Erik’s incredible array of wine, light hors ‘d oeuvres and a fascinating account of the life of a winemaker.

This post Cooking 101 class will also consist of 12 hours of instruction spread over three consecutive Saturdays.  The focus of this hands-on class will include breads, quick breads, fish cookery, desserts, composed salads, puff pastry, phyllo dough and will culminate in a four course meal for 8 to 12.

May brings us the farmer’s markets and the bounty of  fresh fruits and vegetables.  Therefore, we thought it only appropriate that we explore new ways to prepare them.  Brad will present Sauteed Greens with Cannellini Beans & Garlic, Asparagus in Tarragon Cream Sauce, a Vegetarian Cassoulet, and a wonderfully refreshing Rhubarb Compote.
